The mission of the Diocesan Department of Human Resources is to provide faithful, professional, and consistent human resource leadership. We partner with clergy, business managers, parishes, schools, and diocesan entities to recruit, develop, and support a qualified, mission-driven workforce, enabling all who serve the Diocese to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ with integrity, accountability, and excellence.
